AffectiveWare Platform ______________________________________________________ |
The AffectiveWare platform consists of hardware and
software components which gather data from a series of
physical sensors such as physiological sensors for skin
conductance, but also light, temperature and so on. The
AffectiveWare coder is able to communicate wirelessly
with a PC or pocket PC via Bluetooth which makes it
ideal for on the go applications such as wearable
computering and use with PDAs. Data produced by the
AffectiveWare can be monitored by dedicated Sensor
Agents which form part of the Context Management
architecture.
